As a company, Onward and Upward Psychotherapy & Consulting Services, LLC recognizes the importance of free therapy initiatives because it provides essential mental health support to individuals who may otherwise be unable to afford it. Philanthropy geared toward mental health, ensures that everyone has access to the care and resources they need to navigate challenging times and improve their well-being without financial barriers. This fosters a more inclusive, supportive, and less lonely society where individuals can seek the assistance they require to cope with difficulties and thrive emotionally and mentally. Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is aligned with the belief that corporate citizens are endowed with the responsibility to honor people, the community, and the environment.

Internal Policy:
· The company will contribute a minimum of 50 hours of pro-bono services annually to programs aligned with CSR goals.
· The company will maximize partnerships with community organizations that align with CSR goals. These partnerships will include volunteer hours, or pro-bono services that devote full CSR activities (totaling 50 hours minimum annually) to the partnership, or CSR activities may be spread among multiple partnerships.
· CSR services may be delivered individually, as training to specific groups or organizations, or in general information sessions such as in workshop and public speaking event settings.
